In the unlikely event that you experience any problems at all within 12 months of installation we will come back free of charge to change the faulty part within 24 hours of you notifying us. WILL A NEW AERIAL WORK FOR MULTIPLE TELEVISIONS IN MY HOUSE?
Yes, multiple TV points can all work from one aerial. Our aerial installer will check the signal and provide the relevant splitter or amplifier
DO I NEED AN AERIAL FOR A SMART TV?
Yes. Smart TV’s only add network features to the television e.g Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. You will receive limited terrestrial TV and catch up through apps such as BBC Iplayer however to get the best out of terrestrial television you will still need a digital TV aerial and tune the TV for Freeview.
HOW CAN I RESOLVE 4G INTERFERENCE?
If you have recently started receiving signal issues this could be caused by 4G interference. Our engineers carry different styles of 4G and LTE filters to fix these issues and block interference for one room or multiple room aerial installations.
CAN YOU REPAIR AN AERIAL?
Unfortunately if your aerial has been physically damaged by wind, rain or snow or the cabling has been damaged it is unlikely it can be repaired and will need to be replaced with a new aerial or cable. If, however, the aerial has been knocked out of alignment we can use our signal analysers to re-align the aerial to the optimum position for strong signal.
WILL I GET HD CHANNELS WITH A NEW AERIAL?
All new aerials are capable of receiving the HD channels, however you will need to check to make sure your TV has a HD Tuner.
WHY ARE SOME OF MY CHANNELS MISSING?
The aerial or cable could be damaged or the system may be penetrated by water, our aerial engineer would need to do a physical inspection to assess this. Alternatively, the aerial could be aligned to a relay transmitter which does not broadcast all of the available channels. We can check to see if there is another transmitter in the area which is available to you.
WHY AM I RECEIVING THE WRONG BBC OR ITV REGIONAL PROGRAMMES?
Your aerial may not be aligned to a transmitter in your local region and would need to be re-aligned by an aerial engineer.
